Web Development Engineer

Job Profile
· Interact with users to draft out user requirement specifications.
· Design and develop various web applications.
· Roll out web applications and follow up with user feedbacks and enhancements for the system.

Pre-requisites
· A good degree in computer related discipline.
· Fast learner.
· Pro-active and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Good communication skill.
· Familiar with PHP web programming.
· Solid working knowledge of XML, Web Services and object-oriented concepts.



QA Engineer

Job Profile
· Reproduce system bugs in lab and feedback to development engineers.
· Ensure that the product & features releasing to public are free of bugs.
· Evaluate the impact of bugs, including user impact and system impact.
· Evaluate user experience of the final product and ensure the user experience is sufficiently good.
· Draft test specifications.

· Good communication skill.
· Good knowledge of computer systems & computer networks.




Operations Executive

Job Profile
· Provide customer service.
· Synthesize user feedbacks, recommend system improvements, and drive through system re-developments.
· Organize online events, activities and campaigns.
· Assist in product development by drafting such documents as user requirement specifications.

· Detail driven and patient.
· Pro-active and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Good communication skill.
· Able to generate promotion ideas and turn them into executable action plans, with the determination to follow through the action plan;
